Toxic flood waters inundated the downstairs. Fortunately, most of the walls are the original heavy plaster and do not seem to have to be replaced. We have spent several days tearing out kitchen cabinets and molding sheetrock where we find it. These are shots of the transitional home.

The flood waters came to just under the light switchplate. Some of the wood floors buckled, but seem to be shrinking in a few places. You can see the amount of debris that had to be cleared out of downstairs in order to start to dry out.
